We have successfully tried many other cases to verdict. For every case we have tried, there are many others that were settled or otherwise resolved to the satisfaction of our clients. Certainly our clients have not prevailed in every case we have provided representation. No law firm can credibly make such a claim. But we believe the perspective gained from years of trial practice, a high work ethic and creative representation give clients their best opportunity to achieve a fair resolution, whether through trial, motion practice or some form of negotiated resolution. This is what we offer our clients.
